On the occasion of the 190th anniversary of the death of Maria Szymanowska, pianist Sławomir Dobrzański (Kansas State University, online recital) and young polish pianists from the Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw offered, on July 25, at the Palais Staszic in Warsaw, a concert exclusively devoted to the composer's works. Letters from Maria Szymanowska were read by Marcin Majchrowski, programmer at Polish Radio II, and pianist Justyna Galant.
